SALT is built on a simple idea: great craft beer, quality coffee, and good food in a relaxed, welcoming space.
Our specialist beers are imported from some of the UK’s best craft breweries, including Deya, Verdant and Two Flints, alongside classic British cask ales from Kirkstall, Harveys and Oakham.
Our coffee comes from award-winning Cornish roasters, Origin, and we proudly partner with Guernsey’s best kept secret, Second Meridian, who supply our house lager and a range of unique craft beers.
Our menu is focused and simple – pizzas and light bites designed to perfectly complement what’s in your glass.
Whether it’s a morning coffee, after-work drinks, or a relaxed evening, SALT is a place to enjoy good company and great flavours.
We don’t take table reservations – Just turn up!
Great atmosphere, really friendly team and an unreal selection of craft beers. If you’re into beer, there’s nowhere else in Guernsey quite like it. The cheese toastie deserves a mention too. Sounds simple, but it’s ridiculously good. Easy place to spend a couple of hours and end up staying longer than planned. Looking forward to coming back.
